ME2 (purchased from Gamestop) on a 3.56 F/W updated 160 GB PS3 Slim. After getting off the elevator on the fourth floor of the Normandy, this somehow happened. I have no idea what triggered it. Reloading from a save did not cure the problem. Although, resetting the PS3 did. Any ideas what the hell happened here? Feel free to comment. By the way, sorry about the video quality.
