*****I finally got around to changing the HDMI cable. It seems the cable was the problem. Eveything is now working fine. You should beware of buying long hdmi cables on ebay I guess.******* I encountered a problem when I first connected my PS3 to my Sharp Aquos TV (LC-42D65U). I troubleshooted and found the problem to be that my HDMI cable is too long (30 ft.) or too low quality. Here is what happened.
